Position Overview:
SNS Technologies is seeking a full-time Helpdesk Technician with dispatch responsibilities to join our growing team. This role provides frontline customer and technical support, ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality assistance with hardware, networking, and software issues. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, clear communicator, and eager learner who wants to grow into a junior systems administrator role.
Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for client support requests via phone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
Escalate complex problems to senior technicians as needed
Dispatch onsite support when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation and update tickets promptly
Coordinate with vendors and clients to support ongoing projects
Learn and master Managed Service Provider tools and software
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in IT support or helpdesk environment
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common networking technologies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and clean driving record
CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
Schedule:
Full-time, on-site (Bluffton office)
Monday–Friday business hours, with occasional after-hours/on-call work
