Byrne Media, Hilton Head Island-Bluffton-Beaufort SC (WHHI-TV & Byrne Digital) has an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Sales Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking sales team. Position Summary: WHHI TV is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead and grow our digital advertising revenue efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive online advertising revenue across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing & excellent relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic digital sales plan to achieve revenue goals and expand WHHI TV’s digital footprint. - Manage day-to-day operations of the digital sales department, including prospecting, client acquisition, campaign execution, and reporting. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital space, with a focus on local businesses targeting Hilton Head Island and surrounding markets. - Build strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and campaign results. - Stay current on digital advertising trends, tools, and technologies, and use this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to create tailored digital advertising solutions that align with clients' objectives. - Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and performance analysis. - Develop and deliver digital advertising presentations and proposals to clients. - Track and report digital sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.- Manage budgets, forecasts, and digital sales targets to meet or exceed revenue expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred). - 3+ years of experience in digital sales or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving digital revenue growth. - Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display networks, programmatic buying, etc.). - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and website analytics. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
