Program Support Specialist

Job Overview: The Program Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our program by providing comprehensive support to both participants and staff. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including driving program participants to various locations, maintaining cleanliness in program facilities, and performing handyman duties to ensure a safe and functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Transportation: Safely drive program participants using company vehicles to and from designated locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules. Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic environment in program facilities, including common areas, restrooms, and offices. Handyman Duties: Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, and ensuring the overall functionality of the facilities. Support: Assist program staff with various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the program. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of participants and staff. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: · Valid South Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record. · Ability to perform cleaning and minor repairs. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Maintain confidentiality with regard to our guests and security codes. · Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently. · Understanding of safety protocols and procedures. · Flexibility to work varying shifts based on demand. · Ability to pass a background check and drug test. · Participate and complete all required training including Sexual Harassment Prevention, HIPAA, and Trauma Informed Care Physical Requirements: · Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. · Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
