Michelle serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Hilton Head Area REALTORS®, where she provides leadership focused on serving members, strengthening the real estate profession, and building meaningful connections within the community.

With a background in real estate operations, Michelle brings a passion for collaboration, strategic growth, and creating value for those she serves. She believes successful organizations are built through strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Since joining HHAR, Michelle has been dedicated to enhancing member engagement, expanding opportunities for professional development, and supporting initiatives that strengthen the REALTOR® community and the communities they serve.

Outside of her professional role, Michelle’s greatest joy is being a mom to her son, Jesse, and cheering him on from the baseball field. You will also find her at the beach with friends and family enjoying the Lowcountry lifestyle. Her faith is the foundation that guides her personally and professionally, inspiring her to lead with compassion and integrity.
