About Us

Patricia Jackson is the owner and baker behind Patricia's Sweetz. Patricia grew up in a military family, and there was a lot of traveling. She was born in Turkey and lived all over from Texas to England. She took a baking course in Tulsa in 1999 and was immediately hooked. She began baking for her community and never quit! Patricia retired from the Army/National Guard in 2002 and officially opened Patricia's Sweetz. By 2018 she was baking for the Hinesville Farmers Market, Statesboro Farmer?s Market, and the Glennville Famer?s Market. Patricia?s Sweetz has done many special events from Metter Blooming festival to the Scuppernong Festival in North Carolina. She still bakes all of her cakes in her cottage kitchen bakery. Patricia is also a proud member of Georgia Grown.
