Bluffton, SC — [6.26.2025] — What started as a craving became a calling. Nosh NY Bagels was founded by a local couple —Michael and Jen—who knew one thing for sure: Bluffton needed real New York bagels. The kind you crave. Boiled, baked, crunch-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside just like the ones they grew up with.

Nosh NY Bagels soft opened its doors in April of 2025, rolling and boiling the bagels in New York and baking them fresh in-house every day. The response? Overwhelmingly warm, enthusiastic, and locals coming by and for the dozens!

“It’s been two months of learning, listening, and a whole lot of noshing,” said co-founder Michael. “Every day we meet someone new who tells us this is the bagel shop they’ve been missing —and that’s why we’re here.”
